STANDARD DELIVERY ON POTS and JEWELLERY IS £5.00 per order WITHIN UK. We use Royal Mail’s Second Class or a similar service depending on the size and weight of the box.
EXPRESS DELIVERY ON POTS IS £8.00 PER ORDER WITHIN THE UK. We use Royal Mail’s first class or a similar 24 hr service.
Delivery to the rest of Europe costs £15.00 per order. (We will use whichever service seems best depending on individual circumstances.) Customers may be liable for duty / tax charges.
Delivery to the US costs £30.00 per order. (We will use whichever service seems best depending on indiviaual circumstances.) Customers may be liable for duty / tax charges.
Delivery on orders to the rest of the world costs £50.00 per order. (We will use whichever service seems best depending on individual circumstances and reimburse if the cost is significantly less.)
Overseas customers may be liable for import tax / duty.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. Please let us know within 7 days that you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us unless they are faulty.
Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records.
We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your cancellation.
